Priority Energy Tests another Commercial Building for Novak Construction October 23, 2018 The newly constructed CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Roosevelt Rd and Park Blvd in Glen Ellyn, IL meets Illinois’ energy efficiency requirements and is ready for occupancy! Priority Energy recently completed the mandatory IECC Blower Door test on the 38,000 s.f. building and are pleased to report excellent results to Novak Construction. Priority Energy’s technicians found the building to have 6758 CFM75 of air leakage out of an allowable 15181 CFM75 surpassing IECC 2015-C402.5 standards.
