Over 90% of homes in the U.S. have leaky air duct systems. The amount of air leakage depends on the type of construction, the type of ductwork and the IECC building code that was enforced at the time the structure was built. Leaky ductwork is often the culprit behind comfort complaints, high utility bills and poor indoor air quality.
- Are your rooms too hot or too cold?
- Do you have uneven room temperatures?
- Is there a lot of dust in your home even after you clean?
- Do your heating and cooling bills seem too high?
- Does your home feel humid or damp even when the AC is running?
It’s impossible to manually tape and mastic all the hard-to-reach portions of a home’s duct system and the old traditional sealing method deteriorates over time. Aeroseal is a patented duct sealing process that has won EPA-acclaim for its ability to improve so many elements of home performance; including indoor comfort, home health, heating and cooling efficiency (average utility savings is 20 – 30%), and carbon emission reduction..
If you answered YES to any of the above questions, Aeroseal could help you, too!
Trust our trained and certified professionals with your duct sealing today and feel the difference in your home tomorrow!

Duct Leak Assessments
A duct leakage assessment and air pressure measurement will tell you if your home’s duct system is leaking air.
An energy auditor will use an infrared camera to see the duct system behind the walls. Hot or cool air leaks will be visible with IR imaging. The auditor will also measure air pressure in various rooms, as duct leaks reduce air flow and cause uneven temperature throughout a home.
There is a small fee for the IR appointment, but the fee may be applied toward our Aeroseal service.
There is no obligation and there will be no high-pressure sales pitch. We strive to give you information about your home and the Aeroseal process, so you can make educated decisions about your home improvements.
